They’re only hungry for your wallet.
There was no wait, no issue with the order other than the waiter continuously asking us if we wanted an appetizer or a drink with our order even after we continued to say no thank you. When the other arrived, only one item was correct and the staff with highlights and wavy hair was EXTREMELY hot tempered. We ordered a no.5 and no.10, only the second order was correct and instead of the chicken they brought out shrimp and the waiter started to raise his voice at me when I said that’s not what we ordered. He proceeds to show us the ticket paper that the waitress wrote on before giving up and asking us what we ordered. Getting so worked up over a misunderstand is super unprofessional and rude.
As a bilingual speaker, I overheard a conversation nearby where the same staff with the highlights and wavy hair started raising his voice at a customer saying how that’s not how the restaurant worked because Im assuming she requested two different proteins, he proceeds to walk off after finishing his tirade on the customer, but not even three feet from walking away, he starts calling the customer crazy and other names openly as he joked to his coworker loudly about the “crazy and arrogant”customer near the kitchen.
After when paying the bill, I decided to only tip 10% because of the staff raising his voice at me over a misunderstanding, the waitress who seated me and my friend and took our order came to get our bill and constantly asked if he could keep the change after we said no only the 10% tip. He continues to ask if he could keep the change before he eventually leaves to serve other customers and doesn’t return with the requested change.
Upon going to the front desk to ask for my change because I paid with a $50 bill and didn’t want to tip over 50% for bad service, the staff was reluctant to cooperate and started calling me cheap. They made a whole scene at the restaurant as they gathered all the waitress around us, and the same waiter who took the bill started accusing me of agreeing to let him keep the change.
Extremely unprofessional with how much they demand for tip and call you cheap if you decide to tip anywhere below $20. Bad service, rude staff, completely unprofessional. This place has truly became a scam.
Nevertheless, I won’t be a returning for bad service.

Tried giving an even 20 cash on a bowl of 18.50 Pho. They'll stop you and harrass you for an extra dollar at the door. The most bare minimum service. Not going back.
Way to lose a paying customer over a dollar.

RAISED PRICES + FORCED TIPPING + CHARGED FEE
i’ve been coming here for 8 years now. this place used to be my favorite a few years ago and i don’t mind that all the pho prices of the menu increased by like $5 (~$16-17 per bowl now) because i still enjoyed the food but the forced tip is crazy tbh.
if you don’t tip at least 18% they stop you from leaving unless you fork over more money. raising the prices AND mandating more than 15% tip is outrageous to me, especially because i paid in cash and we were only a party of 2 (iykyk).
also, they charge a fee if you use a card instead of cash. although we used cash, we still got charged the fee and weren’t notified beforehand. it was only after we counted our change post getting bartered for more tip did we realize. like, why are you asking us for an extra dollar or two in tip after already overcharging us that amount?

If you wanna find an authentic Vietnamese foods, it may not for you. We’re 4 ppl, trying grilled beef noodle, Hue style noddle, pho, grilled pork noodle, they are literally disappointing. The taste, smell are not Authentic. The meats are very chewy, it does not seem like grilled ???? and of course the price is expensive compared to the quality. Plus at least 15% tips. Not recommended!!!!

Food here is pretty good but the dine in experience is really stressful, particularly dealing with the lady in the front that handles the money. The servers are great but for some reason the lady at the front doesn’t share the same attitude as her coworkers, on the menu my singular order was 14.95 and of course tipping 15% and tax I thought it was reasonable to pay 18 dollars in cash. Tell me why that lady stopped me and told me “I didn’t pay enough”Yikes. First of all, I definitely paid for my meal, and second, she should be the last person asking me for more cash tips(She doesn’t even serve me). Insane. This is not my first experiences with her so if you are a local, I recommend just doing takeaway to avoid running your mood. This place is really fortunate for still having good food.
